We rely on the latest translation technology: Translation Memory (TM) software (such as SDL TRADOS Studio, Kilgray MemoQ, etc.), Terminology Management Systems (TMS) (SDL MultiTerm), QA check tools (ApSIC Xbench, Verifika). These and other advanced translation solutions ensure delivery of cost-effective translation projects with the fastest turnaround time, guaranteeing consistency of terminology and enhancing the quality of the target text. We continuously monitor international developments in this field to find the most reliable and effective solutions.
To effectively manage orders, in-house IT specialists developed and implemented AvaPlan – a comprehensive project and customer relationship management solution. This program allows us to handle multiple orders with the fastest turnaround time.
Vendor recruitment
We employ experts in specific subject matters, whose knowledge and expertise comply with the applicable standards. To manage our professional pool of linguists and specialised vendors and to accommodate multiple and diverse customer needs, the company has a team of Translation Vendor Managers. To build a pool of trusted hand-picked vendors, our Vendor Managers use a dedicated assessment and rating system. This is a performance-based system taking into account the results of test jobs and completed assignments. To better manage our relationships with translators, proofreaders, editors and DTP specialists, we then introduced a system of classification by language and by area of expertise, utilising a flexible incentive scheme.
