In our work, we test and introduce to our work the best translation technologies such as: translation memory software (SDL TRADOS Studio, Kilgray MemoQ, etc.), terminology management system (SDL MultiTerm), translation quality control software (ApSIC Xbench, Verifika). The innovative technologies ensure the uniformity of terminology, the high quality of translation and more desirable deadlines for our Clients. The automated processes together with long-term collaboration with most of our Clients help to keep the reasonable prices as well.
For project planning Avanta’s in-house IT-specialists have designed a multi-purpose TMS solution - AvaPlan. This solution has considerably increased our capacity for orders.

Vendor Team. Avanta Translating cooperates only with specialists, whose qualification comply with the international standards and company QA requirements. The Vendor Team focuses on scrupulous selection and strict classification of linguistic resources according to language and industrial specialization. The Vendor Team uses evaluation scoring system and dynamic quality metrics that help to build an adequate motivation system and achieve better results in quality.
A Quality Assurance Specialist. Avanta Translating has an appointed in-house QA-specialist. This linguist is in charge of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes. This specialist introduces and modifies the quality procedures for specific groups of languages and for translation process on the whole, and controls their observation through check-lists, company standards, QA-sheets, etc.
Communication Process. We are very particular about experience exchange, knowledge management and information transfer in our team. Weekly, our specialists gather to discuss different case-studies, new technologies, goals and opportunities that our company is facing. We have also arranged an effective communication line with the freelance employees. This assists us to follow the QA procedures and resolve questions concerning new software more productively.
